Ep. 70 Conscious Social Media Practices (for Creating and Consuming)

In this episode I share some of the practices I implement as someone creating and consuming on social media such as:

  • Having multiple accounts for different intentions (and different expressions of the unconscious)
  • Housing different aspects of yourself in different accounts vs. combining all expressions of yourself into one account
  • When to narrowly focus the content of your account as a creator vs. leaving it more open ended
  • Curating who you follow on social media to expanders-only (and pros and cons of this)
  • Creating and sharing from a pure heart and intentional place vs. getting caught up in vanity metrics (how to keep the channel clear)
  • Physical boundaries around consuming social media (having a second phone, silent pocket, etc.)
