In this solo episode I explore the juncture between being a "spiritual" person while also tending to your human self. We discuss:

• How to hold your spiritual journey and your human experience at the same time
• Orienting to loving the human that you are as the goal of the personal development journey
• The "trying to outrun yourself" pitfall / thinking the spiritual, healing journey is going to "help you stop being the way that you are"
• Feeling "not spiritual enough" compared to "spiritual people" online, etc.
• Spiritual perfectionism and feeling like you don't fit into the spiritual community
• Honoring your human self through the application of hobbies
• Learning to relate to ourselves outside of "working on ourselves"
